The process of die-casting mold mainly includes the following steps:

Filling: The molten metal is cast and filled into the mold cavity at a low speed or high speed. Injection: After the mold is closed, the molten metal is injected into the mold under high pressure. This pressure ranges from about 10 to 175 MPa. During the injection process, the pressure, speed, temperature, and time of the metal liquid need to be uniformly controlled.
Sand falling: When the molten metal is filled, the sand falling step is carried out, that is, the casting is removed from the mold.

In the process of die-casting mold, the design and manufacture of the mold are a crucial step. The mold design needs to take into account the shape, size, and structural requirements of the parts, as well as factors such as fluidity and cooling performance during processing. The basic structure of the die-casting mold includes molding inserts, mold frames, guides, core pulling mechanisms, ejection mechanisms, thermal balance systems, etc.
