We are a manufacturer of aluminum alloy die-casting dies and squeeze-casting dies for automobiles.
What products can you offer?

Die casting dies and squeeze casting dies for more than ten kinds of automobile parts, such as engine gearbox shell, engine bracket, shock absorption insert, electronic shell, control arm and steering shell, air conditioner compressor shell, etc.
Can you make customized products?

Yes, we mainly develop, design, and produce molds according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.
What is the production capacity of your company?

The monthly shipment volume is nearly 40 sets, and the workshop production equipment is nearly 50 sets.
How many employees are there in your company, and how many technicians are there?

There are more than 80 employees, including 10 with intermediate or above titles, and more than 20 professional engineers and technicians.
How does your company guarantee the quality of its products?

We will have a corresponding inspection after each process. For the final products, we will do a full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.
